Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept returns for merchandise purchased from our online store. It must be returned within 120 days of delivery, in its original packaging and in saleable condition to be eligible for a refund. For your convenience, we've provided two different options:

In Store

You may exchange an item at a Solstice store with your original receipt and government-issued ID for processing. To return an item, please bring your enclosed return document from your shipping package, and we will mail it for you to our ecommerce returns center for processing. Please allow 14 business days for receipt and processing of your returned merchandise. Upon approval, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.

By Mail

Please follow the instructions on the back of your invoice or contact customer service at 1-866-280-7620 or customersupport@solsticesunglasses.com to request a free shipping label. You are required to repack the merchandise in its original packaging and include the return form. Please allow 14 business days for receipt and processing of your returned merchandise. Upon approval, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. Store purchases cannot be returned by mail. If you receive an incorrect item or if the merchandise is damaged or defective, please contact our ecommerce customer service center at 1-866-280-7620 or customersupport@solsticesunglasses.com

Exchanges

Unfortunately, our ecommerce returns processing center cannot offer exchanges. If you’d like to make an exchange, go to a store near you or return your original purchase by mail and place a new order.
