Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns of eligible merchandise purchased from our online store. To receive a refund, items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in unused and saleable condition, and in their original packaging.

All returned items must include the original packaging, authenticity documents, case, cloth, and warranty cards where applicable.

Frames with Prescription or Custom Lenses
Frames purchased with prescription or custom lenses may be returned within 14 days of delivery. A $25 restocking fee will apply to the custom lenses.

To qualify for a refund, the frames must be returned in their original packaging, including authenticity documents, case, cloth, and warranty cards. Both the custom lenses and the original demo lenses must be included with the return.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect item, or if the merchandise is damaged or item in the order is missing, please contact our Customer Service team within 24 hours of delivery

Returned merchandise that does not meet the above conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

 

Risk of loss and title for all products passes to you upon delivery by the carrier. Solstice Sunglasses is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery

 

Online Purchases
For online orders, you may choose from the following two return options

SUBMIT RETURN

Click Submit Return to request a $15 return shipping label. The fee will be deducted from your refund. Please return the item in its original packaging and include your order confirmation, packing slip, or invoice. Once received, allow up to 7 business days for processing. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.


In Store

You may exchange an item at a Solstice store with proof of purchase (packing slip or email confirmation) and government-issued ID for processing. To initiate a return, please bring the item and proof of purchase to a Solstice store. If the return meets our criteria, the store will accept your merchandise and partner with our website team to process and issue a credit to your original form of payment within two business days. Prescription orders and contact lenses may not be exchanged or returned in-store.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. please submit a return using the “Submit Return” button and place a new order, or visit a store near you.
